Bajimet Terms & Conditions — Full Guide for Members

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Bajimet ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the Platform ("Member", "you"). Bajimet is an online betting and gaming platform operated through the bajimet.com website and mobile application.

The following are definitions of key terms used in these Terms & Conditions:

• Platform: The Bajimet website, mobile app, and all associated services
• Member/You: Any person registered with Bajimet
• Account: A member's personal Bajimet account
• Balance: The total funds deposited in the member's account
• Bonus Balance: Funds received from various promotions that are usable subject to specific conditions
• Wager: The number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity verification process

To open an account with Bajimet, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
• Each individual may register only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful
• All transactions must be made in your own name using your own bank or mobile banking account
• KYC verification must be completed where applicable

Bajimet may request KYC verification at any time after account creation. Members will be required to submit a copy of their National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Bajimet reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Bajimet's support team immediately.

Approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on Bajimet include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposited funds will be returned only via the same payment method used for the deposit
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal
• The bonus balance portion cannot be withdrawn until its wagering requirements have been completed.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, Bajimet may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

Bajimet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus Available to first-time registered members only; applicable once per device and IP address
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus balance, the specified Wager Must be completed
• A specific portion of the bonus Validity Period Yes — unused bonuses are cancelled upon expiry
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited
• Bajimet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed

The following general rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on Bajimet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bajimet will not be held responsible for bets voided due to connection issues during live betting.
• Bajimet reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error in the odds is identified.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator)
• If a match in a parlay bet is cancelled, that match will be counted at odds of 1.00

The results of all Sports Betting and games on Bajimet are final. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, Bajimet's decision shall be considered final; however, members may raise a complaint with our support team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bajimet platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering with false or fraudulent information
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage
• Using any form of hacking, bots, or automated software
• Attempting to manipulate the game or betting system
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts

Bajimet reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information
• At the member's request (self-exclusion)
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance can be withdrawn before closure, but all active bonuses will be forfeited.

For inactive accounts, Bajimet will notify the member in advance by email regarding their balance. No fees will be charged for accounts inactive for 12 months, though the account may be archived.

Bajimet is an entertainment platform. Bajimet will not be held liable for the following:

• Financial losses incurred by the member through betting or gaming
• Service disruptions caused by internet or network issues
• Errors caused by third-party software or payment providers
• Password compromise or account hacking due to the member's own negligence
• Service disruptions due to external causes (e.g. natural disasters, government directives)

• Members' personal information is never sold to third parties
